surf side good for surfing

went fishing with a frind down the street . we got shrimp and was on the jetty by 6:30, water was in good shape no rain but the wind must have been 20+.after 8am water started sanding up. all we caught was a few pigys, 100' from us this guy fishing with cut mullit caught a 30'' red.no other fish seen ,hit the inter coastal under the brige both sides nothing.tryed the march off dike road nothing there so called it a day.
