I'm there with ya on the asparagus! The ones in that pic are my steam-grilled asparagus but don't miss out on my Drunken Asparagus either! Both of which will have you slamming your head on the floor saying, "THAT'S what I'm talking about!!!"

Oh.... the tartar sauce is homemade too! That recipe is a killer!

Here's a couple of more ways to enjoy that crusted salmon!!!

The bread for my sandwich is Chiabatta. I buttered it up and sprinkled garlic powder and then popped it into the oven to warm up slightly. Plop on some homemade tartar sauce and make up the sandwich just the way you like it! The possibilities are endless but every one I've tried so far have been delicious!!

Thanks so much!! I used to just pop up any and every recipe I ran across and thought was good.... but then I tried a few of them and YUCK!!! They were horrid!!! So I took down all the ones I've yet to try (and perfect to my tastes!). Now whenever I put up a recipe, you can rest assured that I've put it through the works and that it is one darn good recipe to try out!!!

If you like those recipes, be sure to sign up (on my blog) so that you'll get an email whenever I post up a new recipe on the blog.

Thanks for checking them out NK!!
